Job Description: Responsible for managing sales, managing FBA and FBM inventory, marketing campaign, SEO, keywords set up, setting up bids, product strategies, analyze and create reports, evaluate processes related to our E-commerce accounts. The candidate must be familiar with 3rd party companies and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will help drive sales and growth for all third-party channels and will provide forward-thinking, results-driven and high-level strategy and e-blasts, websites and social media marketing. Initiate online auctions through auction hosting sites or auction management software. Devise, select, or purchase domain name and web address. Transfer digital media, such as music, video, or software to customers via the internet. Determine location for product listings to maximize exposure to online traffic. Design customer interface of online storefront, using web programming or e-commerce software. Calculate purchase subtotals, taxes, and shipping costs for submission to customers. Receive and process payments from customers, using electronic transaction services. Participate in online forums or conferences to stay abreast of online retailing trends, techniques, or security threats. Upload digital media, such as photos, video, or scanned images to online storefront, auction sites, or other shopping websites. Order or purchase merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels. Maintain inventory of shipping supplies such as boxes, labels, tape, bubble wrap, loose packing materials, or tape guns. Integrate online retailing strategy with physical or catalogue retailing operations. Determine and set product prices. Deliver e-mail confirmation or completed transactions and shipments. Create, manage, or automate orders or invoices, using order management or invoicing software. Create or maintain database of customer accounts. Cancel orders based on customer requests or inventory or delivery problems. Disclose merchant information and terms and policies of transactions in online or offline materials. Create or distribute offline promotional material, such as brochures, pamphlets, business cards, stationary, or signage. Collaborate with search engine shopping specialists to place marketing content in desired online locations. Select and purchase technical web services, such as web hosting service. Manage company’s online listings daily including setting up new listings, operating terms, modifying the listings and optimize them according to company’s marketing strategies. Enhance product titles, descriptions, Categorization, and keywords for optimal performance, improving page rank and sales. Support additional 3rd party marketplaces including eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Walmart, Rakuten, and Sears. Continually identify and evaluate new opportunities for better product listing optimization. Explore and recommend appropriate expansion into international markets as well as other marketplaces. Work with foreign suppliers. Monitor competitors and adjust approach to ensure position as a category leader. Understand the social media universe and stay current with social media trends, language, outlets, and resources to achieve the best performance. Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability. Drive website traffic and conversations. Conduct ongoing research to evaluate content performance web/market trends, keyword optimization. Research markets and analyze product data to find products to launch. Create great key words on listing titles for our products be the top rank searching results. Collaborate with sales/marketing team and leverage acquisition channels, such as Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, to drive the brands growth and a company website. Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews. Create sales and marketing report on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, including effective marketing strategies and data analyzing accordingly. Manage and work closely with marketing team.
Job Requirements: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Management, Business Management or related and 1 year of experience in the job offered or related. Must also possess experience with (i) Google Adwords and Facebook Ads; (ii) initiating online auctions through auction hosting sites or auction management software; (iii) designing customer interfaces of online storefronts, using web programming or e-commerce software; (iv) determining and setting up product prices; (v) creating, managing, or automating orders or invoices, using order management or invoicing software; (vi) collaborating with search engine shopping specialists to place marketing content in desired online locations; (vii) creating online store / ecommerce platform using online store builder software, and providing for extensions and features including product feeds, reports, shipping methods, and payment gateways; and (viii) 1 year of experience with building websites using OpenCart, Shopify and Big commerce and WordPress.
Salary: $80,912 per year
Work Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 5 day 40 hr/wk.
