Each of these elements can have a positive effect on one or another part of the human body.
Application in cosmetology
The area of using oat oil in this particular area of human life is quite extensive and is not limited to applying a pure substance to the skin, although this option is not excluded by dermatologists. For example, it can be used as a sunscreen in preparation for sunburn, or for high-quality moisturizing of the skin after chapping, eliminating unpleasant dryness and tightness.
For home facials, it is helpful to add some other ingredients to the oat oil, making masks based on them. Good ingredients in this case will be homemade cottage cheese grated in a blender, egg yolk, chamomile decoction (you can add an infusion of succession or sage) and the above oil itself.
The process of preparing a healing mixture is simple, because all that is required is to mix all the listed components and apply them in a thick layer on the face for 20 minutes. Wash off the mask using a freshly prepared herbal decoction. After just a few applications of such a mask, you can notice an improvement in complexion, smoothing out fine mimic wrinkles and increasing the elasticity of the skin. For the area around the eyes, you can use the oil in its pure form, but for the rest of the areas it is better to combine it with other essential extracts and vegetable oils.
When caring for hair, oily extracts from oats will help to increase the volume and shine of the hair, normalizing the appropriate water balance in the structure of the hair itself. As in the case of skin care, it is important to use the substance in its pure form or in combination with ready-made and homemade masks and shampoos. For one medium jar of the usual care product (with a capacity of 300-400 ml), 1-2 tbsp is enough. l. oils.
For nail care, you can prepare a cream based on milk, oat oil (in its absence, 4-5 tablespoons of oatmeal are used), lanolin (50 g) and any vegetable oil (2 tsp). After mixing hot milk with oat ingredients and infusing them for 25 minutes, all that remains is to cool the mixture slightly, add the rest of the ingredients to it and apply on hands. After about 20-25 minutes, the mixture is washed off with cold water. The resulting amount of the composition will be enough for 2-3 procedures, after which you will notice how stronger the nails have become and how silky the skin on the hands is now.
Contraindications
Oat oil is a really valuable aid in normalizing wellness and eliminating various human health problems. However, as in any other case, a prerequisite will be strict adherence to all the rules for its use and the absence of direct contraindications (for example, an allergic reaction). Only a careful attitude to your body will guarantee the improvement of its condition.
