When we say that we do not take care of ourselves too much, because, they say, there is no time at all - what is it: truth or excuses? This is usually true, of course; If you are not a beauty queen or a model for whom self-care is a job, then on your to-do list, applying a mask or scrubbing from head to toe will be either in last place, or generally somewhere on the side in parentheses. But in a sense, a reference to lack of time is also an excuse, because if you want, you can still carve out a minute or two. Do you think this "minute" is not enough? Cloth mask.
Cloth or hydrogel - in general, any mask in the style of "put on, hold - done": ideal when you are pressed for time, not only because it is super-easy to apply, but also because, removing it, you don't even need to wash your face. Wash your face, apply toner and cream - none of this is needed. You simply clean your face before (for example, wash your face with a washbasin or ubtan), then take out the mask from the package, gently apply it on your face, combining the slots for the eyes and mouth, hold it - usually no more than 15-20 minutes - remove it, and distribute the rest of the mask on the skin like a cream and let it be absorbed. Moreover, many masks are quite "tenacious" and fit tightly on the face, so that in the process you can not lie like a stone, but run around the house, getting ready for work, for example, or having breakfast.
Eye patches.
An even more convenient type of fabric masks with the same principle of action: apply, hold, remove - you're done. It is very convenient that almost all patches are quite effective in relieving puffiness and smoothing out dark circles, softening the skin under the eyes, so using them is a great way to instantly tidy up this problem area. And, most importantly, the patches adhere even better to the skin, so you can calmly move while going about your business. Of course, it's always nice to lie around with a mask, to relax, but if you really don't have time, combine the useful with the even more useful.
Oil on the ends of the hair.
An ideal solution for those who have no time for hair masks and conditioner. You literally have five minutes to wash your hair, you hastily squeeze the wet strands in a towel, realizing that you managed to wash your head by a miracle ... and here you will be helped either by an air conditioner - "indelible" or oil on the ends of your hair - a great option to pacify and protect dry, prone to cutting ends. The ideal oil for this is broccoli oil, but argan or jojoba oil will also work. Rub one or two drops in the palms of your hands, apply to the ends (up to 1/3 of the hair's length) - and then proceed as usual. Hair with this extra care will fit better and look much better.
Cleansing 2-in-1.
Why is biocleaning good? Of course, the fact that it works simultaneously as a daily light wash, and as a deep cleansing. But also by the fact that we apply it for 30-60 seconds, just for a minute - and it is washed off instantly. The bottom line? Great natural cleansing in a minute - that's a real express care! If you don't like messing around with a powder bio-purifier, there is a “ready-made” version that does not need to be diluted with water, a mix-mineral gel. Another definite plus of the mineral biocleaning is its versatility: a minute - and you have prepared the skin for applying the cream, a minute - and you cleaned the skin under a mask, a minute - and you exfoliated dead cells without the use of scrubs and other means. With regular use of bio-purification, the issue of skin cleansing simply ceases to worry you - and this saves not only time, but also your attention.

Peeling discs.
It usually takes about half an hour to use a peel due to the exposure time of the product on the skin, but there is an option that will save you 25 out of these 30 minutes: peeling discs. These are cotton discs with a "pocket" for fingers, impregnated with an instant peeling for the face: you simply remove such a wet disc from a jar or individual sachet, put it on your fingers (for ease of use) and gently massage the skin for 2-3 minutes, and then wash your face with warm water. That's the whole routine that's so easy to squeeze into your lightning-fast evening care a couple of times a week!
Self-assembled tablecloth bath.
If you do get to the bath and collapse into it exhausted, do not forget to add something for the skin to the water - something that will at least partially replace the body cream. A great option is a natural bath bomb containing sea salt and essential oils. Such a mix not only relaxes, but perfectly tones the skin, makes it smoother and more toned, heals. Pay special attention to bombs that contain oils. Natural milk or bath salt mixture is also a good choice.
Quick masks while brushing your teeth.
Dentists recommend brushing your teeth for at least 3 minutes, but in practice it often takes even longer, especially if you do not neglect dental floss. As a result, for 5 minutes in the morning and in the evening you are busy with a boring hygienic procedure, and your face is "walking". Disorder! What will you manage to do during this time? Apply a quick mask that is not afraid of moisture and splashes! For example, a ubtan mask: if you are using ubtan for washing, leave it on your face for these five minutes as a mask - and rinse off at the same time you rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth. Or any clay mask. A mineral mask will also be very appropriate, which needs periodic moisturizing: when brushing your teeth, you will see whether it is dry or not, and you can moisturize it without any problems at any moment.
