CheckoutPeach oil: chemical composition and properties of peach oil
Oil with the most delicate name "peach" is obtained from peach pits by mechanical pressing. The output is light in consistency and nutritious oil, which has become very popular in pharmaceuticals and cosmetology.
The chemical composition of peach oil
Peach oil contains a large amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are essential for the vital functions of our skin. With the help of palmitic, oleic, linoleic and gamma-linolenic acids, we can significantly improve the condition of skin cells. Vitamin B15 is also unique in the composition of peach oil, which has a beneficial and very effective effect on aging skin.
Separately, we can say about vitamin E, which has antioxidant and preservative properties, as well as vitamin A, which maintains the integrity of skin cells. All this speaks for the anti-aging and anti-aging properties of peach oil.
The composition of peach seed oil also includes vitamins A and P (from 30 to 40%), vitamin C, as well as group B. There are also carotenoids here (this can be seen from the color of the fruit); tocopherols and phospholipids. The minerals in this oil are potassium, calcium, phosphorus and iron.
Peach oil properties
Peach oil can literally "revitalize" the skin - after all, it is in a complex, immediately nourishes, moisturizes and restores it. The oil helps prevent cell dehydration, smoothes fine wrinkles and effectively maintains the firmness and elasticity of all skin types. This oil is especially recommended for use on sensitive and inflamed skin.
With prolonged and systematic use of peach oil, the vessels of the skin are noticeably strengthened (the color becomes smoother), and the pores of the skin are also cleansed. Dry skin becomes healthier, and sensitive skin becomes more unattainable. The skin seems to be tightened, it becomes more youthful and elastic.
Peach oil is also suitable for the care of the skin around the eyes, for the eyelashes and the skin of the lips, as well as for hair care. However, over time, we will definitely discover new properties of this oil, and now let's move on to practice.
Peach oil in cosmetology
To use peach oil, it can be mixed with other vegetable oils for a more extended spectrum of action, or you can apply it on its own. It is often used as a base for various cosmetic procedures, because it is perfectly absorbed into the skin.
Dry, sensitive skin will benefit from using peach oil as a night cream. And if there are still affected, flaky or inflamed areas of the skin, you need to apply this oil to them several times a day.
You can "enrich" any cream with peach oil by adding a drop of oil to it right before use (separate part of the product and mix with peach oil).
Peach oil can be used as a cleanser for removing make-up: it needs to be warmed up a little in a water bath, soaked in cotton wool and removed from the skin, eyes and lips.
To tighten the skin around the eyes, apply peach oil to the desired spots and gently hammer it into the skin with your fingertips.
For eyelashes, the nourishing procedure is very simple: apply oil to the eyelashes with a clean mascara brush an hour before bedtime. Remove the remaining oil before going to bed. You can simply smear the area of the eyelashes with oil with your fingers, also removing the residues after an hour so that oil does not get into your eyes in a dream.
For the lips, the procedure is similar: apply oil to the skin of the lips with any material at hand or with a finger, do not drink or eat for a while. If the lips are severely chapped, you can apply an applique type from suitable cotton wool soaked in peach oil.
Peach oil masks for face and body
Nourishing and toning for dry to normal skin. You will need one ripe peach (take 2 tablespoons of pulp), 1 tablespoon. peach oil, ¾ tbsp. cream. Mix the components of the mask quickly and thoroughly and immediately apply it to your face. Keep for 15 minutes, rinse with water at room temperature.
Softening mask for sensitive skin. It will take 1 tbsp. cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. peach oil. Just mix all the ingredients and apply the mask on your face for 15 minutes. Wash off the mask with warm water.
Scrub mask for dry and flaky skin. It will take 1 tbsp. l. almond bran and 1 half tablespoon of lightly warmed peach seed oil. We mix the components and apply the resulting composition to the wet skin of the face. After that, you need to gently massage your face for about a minute. We keep it for 15 minutes, wash it off with warm water.
Warm peach oil a little, soak cotton pads or cotton wool pieces with it, and then apply them to your eyelashes. Then cover your eyes with strips of compress paper and cover your face with a warm cloth. After 15 minutes, everything can be removed and the residual oil removed. Mix peach oil with castor oil in equal proportions or randomly and lubricate your eyelashes with it daily. It is desirable, of course, to do this in the morning and in the evening. The tool is good because it is absolutely hypoallergenic.
