Spring face and body skin care

The change of seasons is reflected not only in our mood and well-being, but also on the condition of our skin. In winter, the lack of vitamins and the sun affected her. Now, with the first spring rays, the skin has new needs.

Inside beauty

After winter, the skin suffers from dehydration, so be sure to consume a sufficient amount of fluid: the daily norm is 2-2.5 liters. Drink green tea, natural juices and mineral water.

A typical spring problem is a lack of vitamins, which can be manifested both in increased irritation of the skin, and in the appearance of acne and acne.

In addition to fruits and vegetables, which are compulsory for your diet, do not forget about healthy skin-rich foods rich in fatty acids (fish and seafood) and vitamins A and B (eggs, liver) and such a rich source of vitamins and antioxidants as olive oil.

All women are well aware that the best cosmetics are those that are made on a natural basis. But everyone still knows that cosmetics made from natural ingredients are not cheap.

But do not despair, some vegetable oils can improve the condition of your skin no worse than expensive creams.

Recipes and application

I want to offer you some recipes to protect and restore your skin in the spring.

Here is one of the universal spring recipes that gives wonderful results and with which I work every day:

You need to mix avocado and cocoa butter (good for softening the skin during the spring and from rosacea)

Add a few drops of essential oil of Litsea cubeba (exotic verbena) and lavender. Remember that for 50 ml of the mixture you need to take no more than 8 drops of the total amount of essential oils).

Apply to the skin 1.5 hours before bedtime using massage lines, or you can do Japanese self-massage of the face, which, in combination with this mixture will give a good and quick result.

If you have a mixed skin type. If you previously had a mixed skin type (normal and oily, normal and dry), then during a climate change, the mixed skin type may change (oily in the T-zone and dry on the cheeks). For you, recipes are best selected individually. To create individual recipes, you can write to us in the comments.

I will give one universal recipe below:

  • Make a mixture of coconut base oils and rice bran.
  • Add patchouli / ylang-ylang / tea tree essential oil.
  • Apply to the skin 1.5-2 hours before bedtime.

You can add several types of essential oils or take one of the above. If you feel that you have weakened immunity, then add another essential oil of eucalyptus or ginger.

If you are concerned about rosacea, then I recommend you:

In a mixture of base oils (avocado and cocoa) add citrus essential oil:

  • orange
  • lemon
  • tangerine,
  • lime
  • grapefruit.

Also apply to the skin 1.5 hours before bedtime. Combine well with self-massage facial.

UV protection. If the spring sun calls you to nature and you already spend a lot of time in the fresh air, then be sure to use shea butter. It will protect your skin from chapping and ultraviolet radiation.

Cold sore remedy. If spring brings for you, in addition to joy, the “bells” of herpes, then the following recipe is for you:

Mix a small amount of cocoa butter and add 2 drops of ginger oil to it.

Apply to damaged area.

So that you can more accurately choose the base oil you need based on the expected result, I will list their properties and properties below.
