We reveal the secrets of how to soften the skin of hands, feet and face

In modern conditions, when cosmetic stores offer a huge range of face and body care products, most women have some kind of skin problem. It seems strange, but, at least briefly remembering what our skin has to endure, you can stop being surprised. Many different factors negatively affect the skin of the face, hands and feet - it becomes rough and rough. But what is to be done? As always, folk remedies for softening the skin at home come to the rescue. We will talk about how to soften the skin of the face, hands and feet right now.

Why the skin needs to be softened

Polluted air, chlorinated water and household chemicals are integral attributes of the life of any urban woman, and UV radiation, which has increased today due to the destruction of the ozone layer, and temperature changes, which are also manifested much more sharply, complement the negative impact. Therefore, the skin, "picked up" by toxins, does not have time to cleanse and recover, dries and coarsens; those parts of the body that are constantly open, like the hands and face, "get" more, and the legs, moreover, endure colossal loads every day - after all, most women wear shoes with heels even in cases where it can be done without it.

If you do not pay enough attention to the skin, it quickly loses its freshness and attractiveness, begins to thicken (or vice versa - becomes thinner), flakes and becomes covered with cracks. Outwardly, it looks very ugly, but it can turn out to be a variety of health problems: for example, any infection can enter the bloodstream through cracks in the heels, and a heavy and awkward gait - after all, it is impossible to step on the whole foot normally - can lead to a sharp deterioration in posture, and , as a result, to the development of internal diseases.

Beauty salons, like the already mentioned stores, are always "to help" us, but not all women can afford to regularly undergo caring procedures and buy effective and expensive cosmetics from us. You cannot refuse skin care, but you can recall the "well-forgotten", but have not lost their effectiveness methods: baths, masks, lotions and creams based on folk recipes.
