AMETHYST MICA PIGMENT

This rich, medium-to-deep purple mica offers a refined and elegant look. It delivers smooth coverage with excellent adhesion and a soft, low-luster finish, making it ideal for sophisticated cosmetic formulations.

Mica is a naturally occurring mineral derived from muscovite and silicate. Finely milled mica particles (under 20 microns) create a silky, satin-like effect, while larger particles produce more noticeable shimmer and sparkle.

Amethyst Mica Pigment is approved for general cosmetic use, including applications around the eyes. It is a great way to introduce vibrant color and a subtle glow to products such as shampoos, eyeshadows, lotions, creams, and mineral makeup.

Ingredients: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Tin Oxide, Ferric Ferrocyanide, Carmine

Note: Sold by weight rather than volume. One ounce of powdered mica typically equals approximately 6–8 teaspoons.

Important Information:

Not recommended for use in lip products. Not suitable for high pH formulations. Avoid inhaling fine particles. Store in a cool, dry place.
