Black Mica combines deep black oxide with a subtle, low-luster mica base to create a rich, soft black shade with a gentle shimmer. This balanced finish makes it especially popular for applications like eyeliners, eyeshadows, and other cosmetic products.

Mica is a naturally sourced mineral derived from muscovite and silicate. Finely milled mica (under 20 microns) produces a smooth, satin-like texture, while larger particles create a more noticeable shimmer and reflective effect.

Black Mica Pigment is suitable for general cosmetic use, including products intended for the eye area. It performs consistently across a wide range of formulations. This versatile pigment can be used to add depth and subtle shine to soaps, shampoos, lip balms, eyeshadows, lipsticks, lotions, creams, and mineral makeup.

Note: Sold by weight rather than volume. One ounce of powdered mica typically equals approximately 6–8 teaspoons.
