Description: Illipe Butter is a creamy white solid butter pressed from the sun-dried nuts. Illipe oil is very similar in nature to cocoa butter. Illipe Oil is a favorite in personal care and topical cosmetic formulations. These natural properties provide beneficial properties, particularly for dry, damaged or aging skin. Illipe oil is gaining popularity in soaps, body lotions, body oils, sunscreens, lipsticks, balms, face and hair care products due to its effective moisturizing and emollient properties.

Illipe Nut Oil has a higher melting point than many other natural oils, but despite this, it still melts on contact with the skin.

Recommended Storage: Please note that this butter should ideally be stored in a refrigerator to maintain its texture. It will become soft in warmer temperatures.

Shelf Life: Store in cool temperatures (below 25 °C) away from light and moisture in an air-tight container. The product will become liquid above ambient temperatures (e.g., 36 °C), but will re-solidify upon cooling without affecting functionality. This butter has a shelf-life of 2 year when stored properly.
